  1. David Gunn says:

Why are the dimensions of the “box” so radically different than the actual mattress? When I buy, do I just get the mattress or is a “box” of some sort included?

    1. Hi David! Each Leesa mattress is compressed to fit in the box and expands to full size within an hour or two. Here’s a short video showing the unboxing process: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=952j51CtuA4

Let me know if you have any other questions. Cheers!

  2. Ann Boucher says:

Is there anywhere in Toronto where we can “test” your mattress before purchasing?

    1. Hi Ann! Thanks so much for reaching out. We don’t have traditional retail stores where you can test a mattress, but the fact that we sell directly to customers online means we pass on the savings to you. We also have a 100-night return policy to give you a chance to “test” your new Leesa, and even though we think you’ll love it, if you decide you don’t for any reason we’ll issue a 100% refund and coordinate a pick-up so you don’t have to deal with getting rid of the mattress. I hope that answers your question, but feel free to reach out again if you have others. Cheers!
